I’m pleased with the exceptional customer service received. Mike was personable, accommodating and friendly. I was able to have my son’s car serviced timely. Thank you for an excellent experience.

As consumers, we leave reviews to help other consumers know about the good, bad and ugly products/services we receive with businesses. I had my car repaired at Honest Auto Repair in East Cobb and had an issue. Less than 30 minutes, after leaving my review I received a call from Butch Carter (the owner) to resolve and rectify my concern. Butch Carter gets 5 stars! It’s clear that he values his customers and has a clear vision for Honest Auto Care. I appreciated our conversation and the opportunity to have a repair shop want to earn my business!

Had a pleasant experience, took my car in at my appointment time, BUT, charged me $50 for lifting the cover off the air filter and replacing it after the new filter was inserted. That was in addition to the $37 charge for the filter.

Can't say enough good things about Honest-1. Pulled into the post office next door to Honest-1 and steam started pouring out from under the hood. Drove to Honest-1 and James and Sawyer knew immediately what went wrong. I walked to NAPA with Sawyer and purchased an $8 part. James, with Sawyers help, quickly replaced the part and didn't charge me a dime! I'm sure that late on a Friday afternoon they would have rather gone home, but they stayed and fixed the problem. Highly recommend!

I went in to have my car looked at because I've been having idling and rpm issues. They told me they couldn't do anything without a check engine light on. As in I suggested diagnostic work because I thought my engine was misfiring, told them the engine light wasnt on when they asked and they told me they could run the code reader but there wouldn't be a code. You guys didn't offer to service my vehicle but focused on the fact I didn't have my engine light on and no code would show up. Again there wasn't an offer to fit my car into a busy schedule or anything. Say what you want but I left angry for a reason, not because I got offered solutions or service.
